Information on cancellation rights

Your purchase agreement is concluded with GRÜN aixtema GmbH. Consumers have the following right of cancellation:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason. The cancellation period ends fourteen days after the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation please write to us at: GRÜN aixtema GmbH, Philipsstr. 8, 52068 Aachen, tel. +49 (0) 241/7 05 15 - 0, fax: +49 (0) 241/7 05 15 - 15, e-mail: 4711@aixtema.de, with an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail) on your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the enclosed cancellation form template*, but this is not compulsory.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, you just need to send your cancellation notification before the end of the cancellation deadline.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will return to you all the payments we have received from you to date, including delivery costs (not including any extra costs incurred by you selecting a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed by you, we will use the same payment method for the repayment as the one you used for the original transaction. In no case will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or surrender the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us that you are cancelling this contract. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods within the fourteen day period. You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction in value can be attributed to your improper handling of the goods in order to check their condition, features and functioning.

We will cover the costs for returning the goods under the following conditions:

You use the pre-paid return label available in our returns portal. Otherwise, you will be required to bear the costs for returning the goods.
