Right of withdrawal

Your purchase agreement is concluded with GRÜN aixtema GmbH.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, GRÜN aixtema GmbH, Philipsstr. 8, 52068 Aachen, tel. +49 (0) 241/7 05 15 - 0, fax: +49 (0) 241/7 05 15 - 15, e-mail: 4711@aixtema.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). You can use the enclosed withdrawal form template, but this is not compulsory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://4711.com/apps/returns/withdrawals. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by e-mail without undue delay.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, you just need to send your withdrawal notification before the end of the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or surrender the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods within the fourteen day period. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If you request a return label through our returns portal, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost of the return label exceeds the refund amount, we reserve the right to claim the difference separately.
